Returns and Cancellations

If your Alé or DMT product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the item after manufacturer approval.

  • Alé - 1 Year from date of purchase. Alé does not cover product failures due to normal extended wear and improper care. Damage from saddles, saddlebags, contact with velcro, over stuffing pockets, etc. is not covered.
  • DMT - 2 Years from the date of purchase. Our warranty policy applies only to products purchased in the USA. DMT does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, improper care or accidents. DMT does not cover product failures related to the Boa system. We require that you reach out to Boa directly. 

We repair or replace products at our discretion.

INITIATE A WARRANTY REQUEST

Send an email to support@alebikewear.com with the following information:

1. Order number if available

2. Description of issue

3. Photos of the affected areas - this helps expedite your warranty

4. Photo of the full garment

WARRANTY GUIDELINES

- Customer is responsible for return postage. FZ Import will cover outbound postage of replacement product

- Repairs are subject to a fee.

- Repairs & replacements are only valid for the original owner of the item.

- Used items must be clean. Dirty items will be returned back to you and not repaired.

If you purchased items from one of our dealers, we require that you bring any faulty item back to the respective dealer. They will evaluate the claim and assist you further.
