- Customized orders cannot be modified after confirmation. If the Club Store is still open, it is possible to cancel or modify the order by contacting support@alebikewear.com If the Store is closed, you will need to contact the Team President or our customer service at the following email address support@alebikewear.com. Please note: if the order is already in production, changes will no longer be possible.

- Once the Club Store order window has closed, all received orders are sent to production. After the kit has been manufactured, we carry out a quality check before proceeding with the processing of individual orders. Orders are generally shipped approximately 45 days after the store closes. - In case of defects or issues found in your customized kit, please contact your Team President directly or write to support@alebikewear.com Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and handle your request as quickly as possible.

- Due to the customized nature of the kit, returns or exchanges are not possible, except in the case of manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will assess repair, replacement, or refund.
