eGift Card Policy

eGift cards are issued by FZ Import & Distribution Corp. and are available for purchase exclusively at alebikewear.com. They may only be used to purchase merchandise on alebikewear.com.

Usage & Restrictions

• eGift cards cannot be used to purchase additional eGift cards.

• It cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

• It cannot be used as payment or credit toward any credit card accounts.

• Only the original purchaser may request a return, and proof of purchase may be required.

Lost or Stolen eGift Cards

If your eGift card is lost or stolen, it may be canceled and replaced with a new card for the remaining balance, provided that sufficient proof is submitted to alebikewear.com.

Expiration & Delivery

• eGift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

• eGift cards are delivered via email only.
